We gladly ship INTERNATIONALLY - we often ship to all major countries - U.K. on a regular basis, Japan, NZ, Singapore, Africa, Australia, etc

For international shipments, we use the United States Postal System as they present much less of a problem when exporting items than does UPS - and costs about HALF of what UPS charges.  You specify if you wish insurance -

When you order, ignore the shipping calculations - I will correct for actuals via U.S. Postal System instead of UPS.

Insurance is mandatory on International shipments - or can be declined if potential loss is waived by the purchaser. 

Insurance typically runs $8 to $10 

Brake Fluids are not allowed in any international shipment
